THE POLISH POST RESTORED ACCEPTING THE PACKAGES TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, BELARUS, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FINLAND, THE NETHERLANDS, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, NORWAY, ROMANIA, SERBIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SWITZERLAND, SWEDEN, UKRAINE, TURKEY, HUNGARY, SAN MARINO, RUSSIA, IRELAND, CYPRUS, MEXICO, BRASIL, HONGKONG, SOUTH KOREA, THAILAND, URUGUAY, ANDORA, MONACO, MOLDOVA, ISRAEL, CHINA, PORTUGAL, ITALY, UNITED KINGDOM, SPAIN, FRANCE, CANADA, USA AND GERMANY. THE PACKAGES TO THOSE COUNTRIES WILL BE SENT SHORTLY. THE REST IS STILL BLOCKED FOR NOW!!!

AS FOR THE DHL: THEY DO NOT BLOCK ANY OF THE COUNTRIES SO IF YOU WANT TO BE MORE SURE THAT THE PACKAGE WILL GET SHIPPED SOONER THAN LATER PLEASE CHOOSE THIS SHIPPING METHOD

Can I deliver the package to your country?

I can send the package to every country with the polish post mails. With the DHL I can send it everywhere except for Russia.

What if you chose the wrong payment method?

Feel free to place another order with the correct one, though please write in the message to the seller field to cancel your previous one.

Can you get your own switch set?

Sure! Please write to sales@prox.com.pl with the title of [SWITCH SET REQUEST] and tell me what switches would you like to combine.

What shipping method is the best?

DHL of course but it's also quite expensive. It is safe to use just a registered mail if you live close to Poland. The farther away you live, the longer it will take for the postal services to deliver your package.

How long will it take for your order to get shipped?

It depends on so many factors that nothing can be said for certain. That's why it's written that the processing times are only the estimations. I can get sick, I can get to the hospital, I can experience a mental breakdown, I can have some problems with getting the parts. A lot of things can happen that can make me unable to fulfill your order quickly. Keep that in mind.

How long will it take for your order to get delivered?

It depends on which shipping method you've chosen and where do you live. The postal services in some countries are worse than the others which make any estimations incorrect. With the DHL it usually takes no more than 3 working days. With the Post it can vary from just few days to even over a dozen weeks,

Why can't you track your order?

If you've chosen the unregistered shipping method then there's no tracking available.

Why can't you track your order even with the registered shipping method?

It depends. Some countries such as UK do not provide consistent tracking updates which can lead to no info for a few weeks. USA and Canada do not provide ANY tracking updates once the package leaves Poland. The last tracking status you'll see is "Sent from Poland".

Why the tracking shows different country than yours?

It happens. The post offices usually don't care about filling this info correctly. If you live in europe it'll probably show France or Germany, for NA it'll be United States and for Asia Japan or Korea. DON'T WORRY, IT'LL BE DELIVERED CORRECTLY AND THE INFORMATION ON THE TRACKING WILL BE CORRECTED ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS THE STATUS OF "SENT FROM POLAND".
