THE POLISH POST RESTORED ACCEPTING THE PACKAGES TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: AUSTRIA, ARGENTINA, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, BELARUS, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FINLAND, THE NETHERLANDS, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, NORWAY, ROMANIA, SERBIA, SLOVAKIA, GREECE, SLOVENIA, SWITZERLAND, SWEDEN, UKRAINE, TURKEY, HUNGARY, KAZAKHSTAN, EGIPT, SAN MARINO, RUSSIA, IRELAND, CYPRUS, MEXICO, BRASIL, HONGKONG, SOUTH KOREA, THAILAND, URUGUAY, ANDORA, MONACO, MOLDOVA, ISRAEL, CHINA, MALTA, PORTUGAL, SINGAPORE, ITALY, UNITED KINGDOM, SPAIN, FRANCE, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, CANADA, USA, JAPAN AND GERMANY. THE PACKAGES TO THOSE COUNTRIES WILL BE SENT SHORTLY. THE REST IS STILL BLOCKED FOR NOW!!!

AS FOR THE DHL: THEY DO NOT BLOCK ANY OF THE COUNTRIES SO IF YOU WANT TO BE MORE SURE THAT THE PACKAGE WILL GET SHIPPED SOONER THAN LATER PLEASE CHOOSE THIS SHIPPING METHOD

Reviews rules

Users can leave the product review on every listing, though the review has to be reviewed first to check if it meets the following rules. It is only done to make sure that no fake or misleading reviews will be visible to the public, all in all it should be about the product itself:

You CAN leave the review:

  • about the product you've bought and successfully received
  • commenting contact with the store
  • commenting processing time of your order
  • mentioning (so not making it a main topic) the shipping time itself to let the others know which method is the best or the worst in your opinion
  • that rates the product in terms of quality, usability and convenience (both negatively and positively of course)
  • suggests changes and improvements
  • that negatively comments the product cons that have nothing to do with the customer's private preferences and/or bad way of using the product

You CAN NOT leave the review:

  • that focuses about the shipping company as I have nothing to do about that, I just offer what I can
  • commenting contact with the shipping carrier as I have nothing to do with that
  • commenting the shipping time itself as I have no influence on that (I mean that in the specific way, it is unfair to BASE your review on this though it is completely fine to mention this as a side note!)
  • that contains untrue and harmful statements about me and others
  • that negatively comments the product cons that occurred due to the customer's bad way of using the keypad and/or lack of knowledge about the product
  • that can mislead the readers to think that the review is about something else or to trick them into thinking that negative review is a positive one and vice versa
  • that are written in other language than English, just using a google translate for me to check what your review does mean can be highly misleading. The shop runs in the english language only and I don't feel like it's fair for me to accept texts I have no way of knowing what they even mean, especially with the asian ones
  • that are literally the questions about the product, just use the mail for it, I have no way of contacting you back if your write your question there, it's not a review, it's pointless

I reserve the right to delete the reviews left by non-registered users.

I reserve the right to delete or modify the review so it meets the reviews rules. It'll be clearly stated with the EDIT mark if I did such thing tho so far I haven't done that.
